Digital review and consulting work begins after submission and checkout. Contact support quickly if there is an order issue.

Because this is a digital consulting and research service, payments are generally final once review work begins.

Duplicate payments, accidental payments, or wrong-service purchases may be reviewed if the customer contacts support quickly.

If work has not started, the business may offer a refund, partial refund, service credit, or service adjustment at its discretion.

No refund is guaranteed for completed reports, delivered consulting, customer failure to provide clear photos or details, or disagreement with research direction.

No card value, grade, sale, or profit outcome is guaranteed.

Subscription and VIP plan cancellations apply going forward and do not automatically refund prior months already used.

Customers should contact support with name, order email, service purchased, and issue.
